Painless Accounting Menu Manager has
unlimited menu options, scrollable menus, a
calculator, calendar, notepad, word
processor, phone directory and dialer for
COM1-4, mouse support, and an appointment
schedular. It utilizes extended and expanded
memory to switch between programs which means
a much faster response time. The program also
has file management functions and can check a
disk, park hard disk heads and more. None of
these applications are very powerful (eg: the
calendar does not let you record
appointments), but they are handy additions
to what would otherwise be just another of
many DOS menu programs. The only problem we
had was that the program aborted back to DOS
when we tried to load a file too large for
the word processor. (Kendall Pierce) (ASP)
